1. What payment types do you accept?
Currently all our online orders are processed through a secure PayPal portal which will accept PayPal payments or Credit/Debit card payments.
2. I can’t find the credit card option, where is it?
While you are in the checkout, select the “PayPal - pay without sharing your financial information” option under “Payment Method”. After you review your order and hit the “Submit Order” button, you will be taken to a secure PayPal page (notice that there is a small padlock icon representing a secure page). In the lower left side of the screen is;
“Don't have a PayPal account?
Use your credit card or bank account (where available). Continue”
Click the “Continue” link. On the next page you will be able to enter your card details to make a payment (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex).
3. I would rather pay with another method.
If you would prefer to pay a different way, please call or email us, and we will arrange something to suit your needs.
4. I have paid for my item, now what?
Once your payment has cleared, we will ship the item to the delivery address you provided and according the shipping option you chose.
5. How long will it take before I receive my item?
After your payment has cleared, we will ship it to you according to the type of shipping you have chosen when you placed your order. The shipping calculator will estimate the number of days required to the item through Australia Post. International deliveries will take longer then national deliveries.
6. How do I check my order status?
Login to your website account (you can use the “request new password” link if you have forgotten it), click “My account” and then click the “Orders” tab or “Click here to view your order history” link. You can then click on the number to view an invoice.
7. When I go to the checkout, it won’t let me purchase my items.
You will need to create an account on the website before you can purchase any of the products. This is a quick and easy process which will also allow you to monitor your order status.
8. My cart says I have 2 of the same item but only 1 is available.
Try emptying your cart by clicking “View cart”, selecting the remove checkbox beside the item and clicking the “Update cart” button.
9. The item I want to purchase says it’s “sold”.
These artworks are original, hand painted, one-of-a-kind items and are sold on a first come first served basis.
